Text Uthmani:

فَلَمَّآ ءَاتَىٰهُمَا صَٰلِحٗا جَعَلَا لَهُۥ شُرَكَآءَ فِيمَآ ءَاتَىٰهُمَاۚ فَتَعَٰلَى ٱللَّهُ عَمَّا يُشۡرِكُونَ ١٩٠

Rashid Maash:

Mais lorsqu’Il leur fait don d’un enfant sain, ils vouent un culte à d’autres que Lui à travers cela même qu’Il leur a accordé. Allah est bien au-dessus des fausses divinités qu’ils associent à Son adoration.

French Translation(Muhammad Hamidullah):

Puis, lorsqu’Il leur eût donné un (enfant) sain, tous deux assignèrent à Allah des associés en ce qu’Il leur avait donné. Mais Allah est bien au-dessus des associés qu’on Lui assigne.
