Text Uthmani:

فَلَمۡ تَقۡتُلُوهُمۡ وَلَٰكِنَّ ٱللَّهَ قَتَلَهُمۡۚ وَمَا رَمَيۡتَ إِذۡ رَمَيۡتَ وَلَٰكِنَّ ٱللَّهَ رَمَىٰ وَلِيُبۡلِيَ ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ مِنۡهُ بَلَآءً حَسَنًاۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ سَمِيعٌ عَلِيمٞ ١٧

French Translation(Muhammad Hamidullah):

Ce n’est pas vous qui les avez tués, mais c’est Allah qui les a tués. Et lorsque tu lançais (une poignée de terre) , ce n’est pas toi qui lançais: mais c’est Allah qui lançait, et ce pour éprouver les croyants d’une belle épreuve de Sa part ! Allah est Audient et Omniscient.¹

Rashid Maash:

Ce n’est pas vous en réalité qui les avez tués, mais bien Allah¹. Et lorsque tu lançais², ce n’est pas toi qui lançais réellement, mais bien Allah³ qui voulait ainsi combler les croyants de Ses faveurs. Allah entend tout et sait tout.

20	سَمِيعٌ	(is) All-Hearing	Quelqu’un qui entend tout,
21	عَلِيمٞ	All-Knowing	parfaitement savant.
