Text Uthmani:

لَا يَرۡقُبُونَ فِي مُؤۡمِنٍ إِلّٗا وَلَا ذِمَّةٗۚ وَأُوْلَٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلۡمُعۡتَدُونَ ١٠

French Translation(Muhammad Hamidullah):

Ils ne respectent, à l’égard d’un croyant, ni parenté ni pacte conclu. Et ceux-là sont les transgresseurs.

Rashid Maash:

Ils ne respectent, à l’égard des croyants, ni liens de parenté, ni engagement contracté, ne songeant qu’à violer leur parole et à les agresser.
