إِلَّا تَنفِرُواْ يُعَذِّبۡكُمۡ عَذَابًا أَلِيمٗا وَيَسۡتَبۡدِلۡ قَوۡمًا غَيۡرَكُمۡ وَلَا تَضُرُّوهُ شَيۡـٔٗاۗ وَٱللَّهُ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيۡءٖ قَدِيرٌ ٣٩

Maulana Azizul Haque al-Umari:

यदि तुम नहीं निकलोगे, तो वह तुम्हें दर्दनाक यातना देगा और तुम्हारे स्थान पर दूसरे लोगों को ले आएगा और तुम उसे कोई हानि नहीं पहुँचा सकोगे। और अल्लाह हर चीज़ पर सर्वशक्तिमान है।

Suhel Farooq Khan:

अगर (अब भी) तुम न निकलोगे तो ख़ुदा तुम पर दर्दनाक अज़ाब नाज़िल फरमाएगा और (ख़ुदा कुछ मजबरू तो है नहीं) तुम्हारे बदले किसी दूसरी क़ौम को ले आएगा और तुम उसका कुछ भी बिगाड़ नहीं सकते और ख़ुदा हर चीज़ पर क़ादिर है
