| 8 | كَرِهَ | Allah disliked | ناپسند کیا |
| 9 | ٱللَّهُ | Allah disliked | اللہ نے |
| 10 | ٱنۢبِعَاثَهُمۡ | their being sent | ان کا اٹھنا |
| 11 | فَثَبَّطَهُمۡ | so He made them lag behind | تو اس نے روک دیا ان کو |
| 12 | وَقِيلَ | and it was said | اور کہا گیا |
| 13 | ٱقۡعُدُواْ | Sit | بیٹھ جاؤ |
| 14 | مَعَ | with | ساتھ |
| 15 | ٱلۡقَٰعِدِينَ | those who sit | بیٹھنے والوں کے |
