إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ وَمَاتُواْ وَهُمۡ كُفَّارٌ أُوْلَٰٓئِكَ عَلَيۡهِمۡ لَعۡنَةُ ٱللَّهِ وَٱلۡمَلَٰٓئِكَةِ وَٱلنَّاسِ أَجۡمَعِينَ ١٦١

Dr. Mustafa Khattab, the Clear Quran:

Surely those who disbelieve and die as disbelievers are condemned by Allah, the angels, and all of humanity.

Muhammad Taqi-ud-Din al-Hilali & Muhammad Muhsin Khan:

Verily, those who disbelieve, and die while they are disbelievers, it is they on whom is the Curse of Allâh and of the angels and of mankind, combined.
