وَإِن مِّن شَيۡءٍ إِلَّا عِندَنَا خَزَآئِنُهُۥ وَمَا نُنَزِّلُهُۥٓ إِلَّا بِقَدَرٖ مَّعۡلُومٖ ٢١

Dr. Mustafa Khattab, the Clear Quran:

There is not any means ˹of sustenance˺ whose reserves We do not hold, only bringing it forth in precise measure.

Muhammad Taqi-ud-Din al-Hilali & Muhammad Muhsin Khan:

And there is not a thing, but with Us are the stores thereof. And We send it not down except in a known measure.
