وَٱلَّذِينَ يَدۡعُونَ مِن دُونِ ٱللَّهِ لَا يَخۡلُقُونَ شَيۡـٔٗا وَهُمۡ يُخۡلَقُونَ ٢٠

But those ˹idols˺ they invoke besides Allah cannot create anything—they themselves are created.

Muhammad Taqi-ud-Din al-Hilali & Muhammad Muhsin Khan:

Those whom they (Al-Mushrikûn¹) invoke besides Allâh have not created anything, but are themselves created.
