Text Uthmani:

وَمَا بِكُم مِّن نِّعۡمَةٖ فَمِنَ ٱللَّهِۖ ثُمَّ إِذَا مَسَّكُمُ ٱلضُّرُّ فَإِلَيۡهِ تَجۡـَٔرُونَ ٥٣

Rashid Maash:

Il n’est pas de bonheur qui ne soit un don du Seigneur. Et lorsque vous êtes touchés par le malheur, c’est Lui seul que vous implorez avec ferveur.

French Translation(Muhammad Hamidullah):

Et tout ce que vous avez comme bienfait provient d’Allah. Puis quand le malheur vous touche, c’est Lui que vous implorez à haute voix.
