Text Uthmani:

وَإِذَآ أَنۡعَمۡنَا عَلَى ٱلۡإِنسَٰنِ أَعۡرَضَ وَنَـَٔا بِجَانِبِهِۦ وَإِذَا مَسَّهُ ٱلشَّرُّ كَانَ يَـُٔوسٗا ٨٣

French Translation(Muhammad Hamidullah):

Et quand Nous comblons l’homme de bienfaits; il se détourne et se replie sur lui-même; et quand un mal le touche, le voilà profondément désespéré.

Rashid Maash:

Lorsque Nous accordons le bonheur à l’homme, il se détourne fièrement et s’éloigne de Nous. Qu’un malheur le frappe, et le voilà qui s’abandonne au désespoir.
