إِنَّا جَعَلۡنَا مَا عَلَى ٱلۡأَرۡضِ زِينَةٗ لَّهَا لِنَبۡلُوَهُمۡ أَيُّهُمۡ أَحۡسَنُ عَمَلٗا ٧

Tafheem e Qur'an - Syed Abu Ali Maududi:

واقعہ یہ ہے کہ یہ جو کچھ سر و سامان بھی زمین پر ہے اس کو ہم نے زمین کی زینت بنایا ہے تاکہ اِن لوگوں کو آزمائیں اِن میں کون بہتر عمل کرنے والا ہے

Maulana Muhammad Junagarhi:

روئے زمین پر جو کچھ¹ ہے ہم نے اسے زمین کی رونق کا باعﺚ بنایا ہے کہ ہم انہیں آزمالیں کہ ان میں سے کون نیک اعمال والا ہے.
