Text Uthmani:

وَأَمَّا ٱلۡغُلَٰمُ فَكَانَ أَبَوَاهُ مُؤۡمِنَيۡنِ فَخَشِينَآ أَن يُرۡهِقَهُمَا طُغۡيَٰنٗا وَكُفۡرٗا ٨٠

French Translation(Muhammad Hamidullah):

Quant au garçon, ses père et mère étaient des croyants; nous avons craint qu’il ne leur imposât la rébellion et la mécréance.

Rashid Maash:

Quant au garçon, nous avons eu peur qu’il ne pousse ses parents, qui étaient croyants, à transgresser la loi et à renier la foi.
