إِذۡ قَالَ لِأَبِيهِ يَٰٓأَبَتِ لِمَ تَعۡبُدُ مَا لَا يَسۡمَعُ وَلَا يُبۡصِرُ وَلَا يُغۡنِي عَنكَ شَيۡـٔٗا ٤٢

Hussein Taji Kal Dari:

هنگامی‌که به پدرش گفت: «ای پدر جان! چرا چیزی را پرستش می‌کنی که نه می‌شنود و نه می‌بیند، و نه هیچ نیازی از تو برآورده می‌سازد؟!

هنگامی‌ که به پدرش [آزر] گفت: «پدر جان، چرا چیزی را عبادت می‌کنی که نه [دعایت را] می‌شنود و نه [عبادتت را] می‌بیند و نه گزندی را از تو دور می‌سازد؟
