Text Uthmani:

فَمَن يَعۡمَلۡ مِنَ ٱلصَّٰلِحَٰتِ وَهُوَ مُؤۡمِنٞ فَلَا كُفۡرَانَ لِسَعۡيِهِۦ وَإِنَّا لَهُۥ كَٰتِبُونَ ٩٤

Muhammad Taqi-ud-Din al-Hilali & Muhammad Muhsin Khan:

So whoever does righteous good deeds while he is a believer (in the Oneness of Allâh - Islâmic Monotheism), his efforts will not be rejected. Verily We record it for him (in his Book of deeds).¹

Dr. Mustafa Khattab, the Clear Quran:

So whoever does good and is a believer will never be denied ˹the reward for˺ their striving, for We are recording it all.
