ٱلَّذِينَ يُنفِقُونَ أَمۡوَٰلَهُمۡ فِي سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ ثُمَّ لَا يُتۡبِعُونَ مَآ أَنفَقُواْ مَنّٗا وَلَآ أَذٗى لَّهُمۡ أَجۡرُهُمۡ عِندَ رَبِّهِمۡ وَلَا خَوۡفٌ عَلَيۡهِمۡ وَلَا هُمۡ يَحۡزَنُونَ ٢٦٢

Suhel Farooq Khan:

जो लोग अपने माल ख़ुदा की राह में ख़र्च करते हैं और फिर ख़र्च करने के बाद किसी तरह का एहसान नहीं जताते हैं और न जिनपर एहसान किया है उनको सताते हैं उनका अज्र (व सवाब) उनके परवरदिगार के पास है और न आख़ेरत में उनपर कोई ख़ौफ़ होगा और न वह ग़मगीन होंगे

Maulana Azizul Haque al-Umari:

जो लोग अपना धन अल्लाह के मार्ग में ख़र्च करते हैं, फिर उन्होंने जो खर्च किया उसके बाद न किसी प्रकार का उपकार जताते हैं और न कोई कष्ट पहुँचाते हैं, उनके लिए उनका प्रतिफल उनके पालनहार के पास है और उनपर न कोई डर है और न वे शोकाकुल¹ होंगे।
