Text Uthmani:

وَمَنۡ خَفَّتۡ مَوَٰزِينُهُۥ فَأُوْلَٰٓئِكَ ٱلَّذِينَ خَسِرُوٓاْ أَنفُسَهُمۡ فِي جَهَنَّمَ خَٰلِدُونَ ١٠٣

Muhammad Taqi-ud-Din al-Hilali & Muhammad Muhsin Khan:

And those whose scales (of good deeds) are light, they are those who lose their ownselves, in Hell will they abide.

Dr. Mustafa Khattab, the Clear Quran:

But those whose scale is light, they will have doomed themselves, staying in Hell forever.
