مَن جَآءَ بِٱلۡحَسَنَةِ فَلَهُۥ خَيۡرٞ مِّنۡهَاۖ وَمَن جَآءَ بِٱلسَّيِّئَةِ فَلَا يُجۡزَى ٱلَّذِينَ عَمِلُواْ ٱلسَّيِّـَٔاتِ إِلَّا مَا كَانُواْ يَعۡمَلُونَ ٨٤

Fathul Majid:

যে কেউ সৎ কর্ম নিয়ে উপস্থিত হবে তার জন্য রয়েছে তা অপেক্ষা উত্তম প্রতিদান, আর যে মন্দকর্ম নিয়ে উপস্থিত হবে তাদেরকে তারা যা করেছে তারই শাস্তি দেয়া হবে।

যে কেউ সৎকাজ নিয়ে উপস্থিত হয় তার জন্য রয়েছে তার চেয়েও উত্তম ফল, আর যে মন্দকাজ নিয়ে উপস্থিত হয় তবে যারা মন্দকাজ করে তাদেরকে শুধু তারা যা করেছে তারই শাস্তি দেয়া হবে।
