Text Uthmani:

وَمَا عَلَّمۡنَٰهُ ٱلشِّعۡرَ وَمَا يَنۢبَغِي لَهُۥٓۚ إِنۡ هُوَ إِلَّا ذِكۡرٞ وَقُرۡءَانٞ مُّبِينٞ ٦٩

French Translation(Muhammad Hamidullah):

Nous ne lui (à Mohammed) avons pas enseigné la poésie ; cela ne lui convient pas non plus. Ceci n’est qu’un rappel et une Lecture [Coran] claire,

Rashid Maash:

Nous ne lui avons nullement enseigné la poésie¹ qui ne saurait d’ailleurs lui convenir. Le Coran n’est qu’une sage exhortation et une récitation parfaitement claire,
