وَٱنطَلَقَ ٱلۡمَلَأُ مِنۡهُمۡ أَنِ ٱمۡشُواْ وَٱصۡبِرُواْ عَلَىٰٓ ءَالِهَتِكُمۡۖ إِنَّ هَٰذَا لَشَيۡءٞ يُرَادُ ٦

Tafheem e Qur'an - Syed Abu Ali Maududi:

اور سردارانِ قوم یہ کہتے ہوئے نِکل گئے¹ کہ ”چلو اور ڈٹے رہو اپنے معبُودوں کی عبادت پر۔ یہ بات² تو کسی اور ہی غرض سے کہی جارہی ہے۔³

Maulana Muhammad Junagarhi:

ان کے سردار یہ کہتے ہوئے چلے کہ چلو جی اور اپنے معبودوں پر جمے رہو¹ ، یقیناً اس بات میں تو کوئی غرض ہے.²
