Text Uthmani:

قَالَ أَنَا۠ خَيۡرٞ مِّنۡهُ خَلَقۡتَنِي مِن نَّارٖ وَخَلَقۡتَهُۥ مِن طِينٖ ٧٦

French Translation(Muhammad Hamidullah):

"Je suis meilleur que lui, dit [Iblîs,] Tu m’as créé de feu et tu l’as créé d’argile."

Rashid Maash:

Il répondit : « Tu m’as créé de feu et lui d’argile, je suis donc meilleur que lui. »
