Text Uthmani:

هُوَ ٱلَّذِي يُحۡيِۦ وَيُمِيتُۖ فَإِذَا قَضَىٰٓ أَمۡرٗا فَإِنَّمَا يَقُولُ لَهُۥ كُن فَيَكُونُ ٦٨

French Translation(Muhammad Hamidullah):

C’est Lui qui donne la vie et donne la mort. Puis quand Il décide une affaire, Il n’a qu’à dire : "Sois", et elle est.

Rashid Maash:

C’est Lui qui donne la vie et la mort. Il Lui suffit, lorsqu’Il décrète une chose, de dire : « Sois ! » et celle-ci s’accomplit.
