Text Uthmani:

وَإِذَآ أَنۡعَمۡنَا عَلَى ٱلۡإِنسَٰنِ أَعۡرَضَ وَنَـَٔا بِجَانِبِهِۦ وَإِذَا مَسَّهُ ٱلشَّرُّ فَذُو دُعَآءٍ عَرِيضٖ ٥١

French Translation(Muhammad Hamidullah):

Quand Nous comblons de bienfaits l’homme, il s’esquive et s’éloigne. Et quand un malheur le touche, il se livre alors à une longue prière.

Rashid Maash:

Comblé de Nos faveurs, l’homme se montre ingrat et s’éloigne de Nous. Un malheur l’accable-t-il qu’il se met à nous implorer avec ardeur.
