Text Uthmani:

وَهُوَ ٱلَّذِي فِي ٱلسَّمَآءِ إِلَٰهٞ وَفِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ إِلَٰهٞۚ وَهُوَ ٱلۡحَكِيمُ ٱلۡعَلِيمُ ٨٤

French Translation(Muhammad Hamidullah):

C’est Lui qui est adoré dans le ciel et adoré sur Terre ; et c’est Lui le Sage, l’Omniscient !

Rashid Maash:

Il est le seul dieu digne d’être adoré dans le ciel et sur la terre, l’infiniment Sage, Celui auquel rien ne peut échapper.
