تَنزِيلُ ٱلۡكِتَٰبِ مِنَ ٱللَّهِ ٱلۡعَزِيزِ ٱلۡحَكِيمِ ٢

ஹா மீம். (அனைவரையும்) மிகைத்தவனும், ஞானமுடையவனுமாகிய அல்லாஹ்வினால் இவ்வேதம் அருளப்பட்டுள்ளது.

மிகைத்தவன், மகா ஞானவான் அல்லாஹ்விடமிருந்து இந்த வேதம் இறக்கப்படுகிறது.
