Text Uthmani:

ذَٰلِكَ بِأَنَّ ٱللَّهَ مَوۡلَى ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ وَأَنَّ ٱلۡكَٰفِرِينَ لَا مَوۡلَىٰ لَهُمۡ ١١

Rashid Maash:

Allah, en effet, est le Protecteur des croyants, tandis que les mécréants n’ont aucun protecteur.

French Translation(Muhammad Hamidullah):

C’est qu’Allah est vraiment le Protecteur de ceux qui ont cru; tandis que les mécréants n’ont pas de protecteur.
