وَإِن يَرَوۡاْ كِسۡفٗا مِّنَ ٱلسَّمَآءِ سَاقِطٗا يَقُولُواْ سَحَابٞ مَّرۡكُومٞ ٤٤

Abdul Hameed Baqavi:

வானம் இடிந்து அதிலிருந்த ஒரு துண்டு விழுவதை இவர்கள் கண்ணால் கண்டபோதிலும் (அது வானமல்ல;) மேகம்தான் என்றும், ஆனால் அது உறைந்து இறுகிவிட்டதென்றும் கூறுவார்கள்.

Tamil Translation - Omar Sharif - Abridged Version:

(அவர்களை அழிப்பதற்காக) வானத்தில் இருந்து விழக்கூடிய (வானத்தின்) துண்டுகளை அவர்கள் பார்த்தால், “(இது) ஒன்று சேர்ந்த மேகங்கள்” என்று அவர்கள் கூறுவார்கள். (ஆனால், நம்பிக்கை கொள்ள மாட்டார்கள்.)
