1 وَلَيۡسَتِ And not އަދި توبة އެއް ނުވެއެވެ.
2 ٱلتَّوۡبَةُ (is) the acceptance of repentance *
3 لِلَّذِينَ for those who ނުބައިކަންތައްތައް ކުރާމީހުންނަކަށް.
4 يَعۡمَلُونَ do *
5 ٱلسَّيِّـَٔاتِ the evil deeds *
6 حَتَّىٰٓ until حاضر ވެއްޖައުމަށް ދާންދެން.
7 إِذَا when *
8 حَضَرَ approaches *
9 أَحَدَهُمُ one of them އެއިން މީހަކަށް މަރު.
10 ٱلۡمَوۡتُ [the] death *
11 قَالَ he says އޭނާ ދެންނެވި.
12 إِنِّي Indeed I ހަމަކަށަވަރުން މިއަޅާމިހާރު توبة ވެއްޖައީމެވެ.
13 تُبۡتُ repent *
14 ٱلۡـَٰٔنَ now *
15 وَلَا and not އަދި މަރުވާމީހުންގެމައްޗަކަށްވެސް (توبة އެއް) ނުވެއެވެ.
16 ٱلَّذِينَ those who *
17 يَمُوتُونَ die *
18 وَهُمۡ while they އެމީހުން ކާފަރުންކަމުގައިވާ حال.
19 كُفَّارٌۚ (are) disbelievers *
20 أُوْلَٰٓئِكَ Those އެމީހުން.
21 أَعۡتَدۡنَا We have prepared ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ އެމީހުނަށް ތައްޔާރުކުރެއްވީމެވެ.
22 لَهُمۡ for them *
23 عَذَابًا a punishment ވޭންދެނިވި عذاب އެއް.
24 أَلِيمٗا painful *
