Text Uthmani:

وَإِنۡ خِفۡتُمۡ شِقَاقَ بَيۡنِهِمَا فَٱبۡعَثُواْ حَكَمٗا مِّنۡ أَهۡلِهِۦ وَحَكَمٗا مِّنۡ أَهۡلِهَآ إِن يُرِيدَآ إِصۡلَٰحٗا يُوَفِّقِ ٱللَّهُ بَيۡنَهُمَآۗ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ كَانَ عَلِيمًا خَبِيرٗا ٣٥

French Translation(Muhammad Hamidullah):

Si vous craignez une rupture entre les deux [époux], envoyez alors un arbitre de sa famille à lui, et un arbitre de sa famille à elle. Si les deux veulent la réconciliation, Allah rétablira l’entente entre eux. Allah est certes, Omniscient et Parfaitement Connaisseur.

Rashid Maash:

Si vous redoutez la rupture entre les époux, faites intervenir un arbitre choisi dans chacune des deux familles. Si les deux arbitres¹ désirent réellement la réconciliation, Allah rétablira la concorde entre eux. Allah, Omniscient, connaît les réalités les mieux cachées.
