نَّحۡنُ خَلَقۡنَٰهُمۡ وَشَدَدۡنَآ أَسۡرَهُمۡۖ وَإِذَا شِئۡنَا بَدَّلۡنَآ أَمۡثَٰلَهُمۡ تَبۡدِيلًا ٢٨

Muhammad Taqi-ud-Din al-Hilali & Muhammad Muhsin Khan:

It is We Who created them, and We have made them of strong built. And when We will, We can replace them with others like them with a complete replacement.

Dr. Mustafa Khattab, the Clear Quran:

It is We Who created them and perfected their ˹physical˺ form. But if We will, We can easily replace them with others.
