Text Uthmani:

نَّحۡنُ خَلَقۡنَٰهُمۡ وَشَدَدۡنَآ أَسۡرَهُمۡۖ وَإِذَا شِئۡنَا بَدَّلۡنَآ أَمۡثَٰلَهُمۡ تَبۡدِيلًا ٢٨

French Translation(Muhammad Hamidullah):

C’est Nous qui les avons créés et avons fortifié leur constitution. Quand Nous voulons, cependant, Nous les remplaçons [facilement] par leurs semblables.

Rashid Maash:

C’est Nous qui les avons créés et solidement constitués, et Nous pourrions, si Nous le voulions, les remplacer par d’autres hommes comme eux.
