A new ligature-based font for the juz name as it appears in a Mushaf page header.

• Type juz001 and the font draws the name of juz 1 as a single glyph. 
• Shipped as TTF, WOFF and WOFF2, with a ligatures.json mapping every name to the text that renders it.
