«la Rivelazione»; «rùhu» viene tradotto normalmente con il termine «spirito» e può riferirsi allo spirito che Allah soffia nell’uomo al momento della creazione (vedi xv, 29), oppure può designare l’Angelo Gabriele: «Rùhu- ’l-quddus» (vedi nella stessa sura vers. 102 e anche, ad es. II, 87, o xcvI, 4), ma ci pare che il contesto di questo versetto spinga verso un significato appunto simile a quello di «wahy»: rivelazione, ispirazione.
