وقوله: تَنْزِيلٌ مِنْ رَبِّ الْعالَمِينَ تأكيد لكون القرآن من عند الله- تعالى- وأنه ليس بقول شاعر أو كاهن.
أى: هذا القرآن ليس كما زعمتم- أيها الكافرون- وإنما هو منزل من رب العالمين، لا من أحد سواه- عز وجل-.
