وَما يُكَذِّبُ بِهِ أى: بيوم الدين إِلَّا كُلُّ مُعْتَدٍ أَثِيمٍ أى: وما يكذب بهذا اليوم إلا كل إنسان متجاوز الحدود المشروعة، ومبالغ في ارتكاب الآثام والقبائح.
