Commentary explaining the meaning of the ayahs. One passage often covers several ayahs, so neighbouring ayahs can show the same text.
ومنه قيل للقوم الذين يكونون سواء فى حسبه أو عدد : هم سواء كطف الصاع . يعنى بذلك كقرب الممتلئ منه ناقص عن الملء . .
وقوله : ( اكتالوا ) من الاكتيال وهو افتعال من الكيل . والمراد به : أخذ مالهم من مكيل من غيرهم بحكم الشراء .
