٧٨٣٨٠- عن عبد الله بن عباس -من طريق عطية العَوفيّ- قوله: ﴿كَذَّبَتْ ثَمُودُ وعادٌ بِالقارِعَةِ﴾، قال: القارعة: يوم القيامة[[أخرجه ابن جرير ٢٣/٢٠٧.]]. (ز)
٧٨٣٨١- عن قتادة بن دعامة -من طريق سعيد- في قوله: ﴿كَذَّبَتْ ثَمُودُ وعادٌ بِالقارِعَةِ﴾، قال: بالساعة[[أخرجه ابن جرير ٢٣/٢٠٧. وعلقه الحاكم ٢/٥٠٠. وعزاه السيوطي إلى عبد الرزاق، وعبد بن حميد، وابن المنذر.]]. (١٤/٦٦١)
٧٨٣٨٢- قال محمد بن السّائِب الكلبي: ﴿كَذَّبَتْ ثَمُودُ وعادٌ بِالقارِعَةِ﴾، القارعة: اسم من أسماء القيامة[[ذكره يحيى بن سلام -كما في تفسير ابن أبي زمنين ٥/٢٦-.]]. (ز)
٧٨٣٨٣- قال مقاتل بن سليمان: ثم قال: هي القارعة، والساعة التي ﴿كَذَّبَتْ﴾ بها ﴿ثَمُودُ وعادٌ بِالقارِعَةِ﴾، نظيرها في سورة القارعة، وإنما سُمّيت القارعة لأن الله ﷿ يَقرع أعداءه بالعذاب[[تفسير مقاتل بن سليمان ٤/٤٢١.]]. (ز)
