He said

رَبِّ

My Lord

بِمَآ

Because

أَنْعَمْتَ

You have favored

عَلَىَّ

[on] me

فَلَنْ

so not

أَكُونَ

I will be

ظَهِيرًا

a supporter

لِّلْمُجْرِمِينَ

(of) the criminals
