فَأَصْبَحَ
In the morning he was
فِى
in
ٱلْمَدِينَةِ
the city
خَآئِفًا
fearful
يَتَرَقَّبُ
(and) was vigilant
فَإِذَا
when behold
ٱلَّذِى
The one who
ٱسْتَنصَرَهُۥ
sought his help
بِٱلْأَمْسِ
the previous day
يَسْتَصْرِخُهُۥ
cried out to him for help
قَالَ
Said
لَهُۥ
to him
مُوسَىٰٓ
Musa
إِنَّكَ
Indeed,you
لَغَوِىٌّ
(are) surely a deviator
مُّبِينٌ
clear
