وَمَا
And not
كَانَ
was
رَبُّكَ
your Lord
مُهْلِكَ
(the) one to destroy
ٱلْقُرَىٰ
the towns
حَتَّىٰ
until
يَبْعَثَ
He (had) sent
فِىٓ
in
أُمِّهَا
their mother (town)
رَسُولًا
a Messenger
يَتْلُوا۟
reciting
عَلَيْهِمْ
to them
ءَايَٰتِنَا
Our Verses
وَمَا
And not
كُنَّا
We would be
مُهْلِكِى
(the) one to destroy
ٱلْقُرَىٰٓ
the towns
إِلَّا
except
وَأَهْلُهَا
while their people
ظَٰلِمُونَ
(were) wrongdoers
