فَأَمَّا

But as for

مَن

(him) who

تَابَ

repented

وَءَامَنَ

and believed

وَعَمِلَ

and did

صَٰلِحًا

righteousness

فَعَسَىٰٓ

then perhaps

أَن

[that]

يَكُونَ

he will be

مِنَ

of

ٱلْمُفْلِحِينَ

the successful ones
