وَرَبُّكَ

And your Lord

يَخْلُقُ

creates

مَا

what

يَشَآءُ

He wills

وَيَخْتَارُ

and chooses

مَا

Not

كَانَ

they have

لَهُمُ

for them

ٱلْخِيَرَةُ

the choice

سُبْحَٰنَ

Glory be

ٱللَّهِ

(to) Allah

وَتَعَٰلَىٰ

and High is He

عَمَّا

above what

يُشْرِكُونَ

they associate (with Him)
