Or

أَنزَلْنَا

have We sent

عَلَيْهِمْ

to them

سُلْطَٰنًا

an authority

فَهُوَ

يَتَكَلَّمُ

speaks

بِمَا

كَانُوا۟

with Him

يُشْرِكُونَ
