أَنَّ

ٱللَّهَ
Allah
يَبْسُطُ
extends
ٱلرِّزْقَ
the provision
لِمَن
for whom
يَشَآءُ
He wills
وَيَقْدِرُ
and straitens (it)
إِنَّ
Indeed
فِى
in
ذَٰلِكَ
that
لَءَايَٰتٍ
surely (are) Signs
لِّقَوْمٍ
for a people
يُؤْمِنُونَ
who believe
