قَدْ

Verily

يَعْلَمُ

Allah knows

ٱللَّهُ

Allah knows

ٱلْمُعَوِّقِينَ

those who hinder

مِنكُمْ

among you

وَٱلْقَآئِلِينَ

and those who say

لِإِخْوَٰنِهِمْ

to their brothers

هَلُمَّ

Come

إِلَيْنَا

to us

وَلَا

and not

يَأْتُونَ

they come

ٱلْبَأْسَ

(to) the battle

إِلَّا

except

قَلِيلًا
