وَلَوْ

And if

نَشَآءُ

We willed

لَطَمَسْنَا

We (would have) surely obliterated

عَلَىٰٓ

[over]

أَعْيُنِهِمْ

their eyes

فَٱسْتَبَقُوا۟

then they (would) race

ٱلصِّرَٰطَ

(to find) the path

فَأَنَّىٰ

then how

يُبْصِرُونَ

(could) they see
