وَلَوْ

And if

نَشَآءُ

We willed

لَمَسَخْنَٰهُمْ

surely,We (would have) transformed them

عَلَىٰ

in

مَكَانَتِهِمْ

their places

فَمَا

then not

ٱسْتَطَٰعُوا۟

they would have been able

مُضِيًّا

to proceed

وَلَا

and not

يَرْجِعُونَ

return
