And (he) whom

نُّعَمِّرْهُ

We grant him long life

نُنَكِّسْهُ

We reverse him

فِى

in

ٱلْخَلْقِ

the creation

أَفَلَا

Then will not

يَعْقِلُونَ

they use intellect
