وَلَدًا
a son
لَّٱصْطَفَىٰ
surely,He (could) have chosen
مِمَّا
from what
يَخْلُقُ
He creates
مَا
whatever
يَشَآءُ
He willed
سُبْحَٰنَهُۥ
Glory be to Him
هُوَ
He
ٱللَّهُ
(is) Allah
ٱلْوَٰحِدُ
the One
ٱلْقَهَّارُ
the Irresistible
