يَعْلَمُوٓا۟
they know
أَنَّ
that
ٱللَّهَ
Allah
يَبْسُطُ
extends
ٱلرِّزْقَ
the provision
لِمَن
for whom
يَشَآءُ
He wills
وَيَقْدِرُ
and restricts
إِنَّ
Indeed
فِى
in
ذَٰلِكَ
that
لَءَايَٰتٍ
surely (are) signs
لِّقَوْمٍ
for a people
يُؤْمِنُونَ
who believe
