قُلْ
Say
يَٰعِبَادِىَ
O My slaves
ٱلَّذِينَ
Those who
أَسْرَفُوا۟
have transgressed
عَلَىٰٓ
against
أَنفُسِهِمْ
themselves
لَا
(do) not
تَقْنَطُوا۟
despair
مِن
of
رَّحْمَةِ
(the) Mercy
ٱللَّهِ
(of) Allah
إِنَّ
Indeed
ٱللَّهَ
Allah
يَغْفِرُ
forgives
ٱلذُّنُوبَ
the sins
جَمِيعًا
all
إِنَّهُۥ
Indeed He
هُوَ
He
ٱلْغَفُورُ
(is) the Oft-Forgiving
ٱلرَّحِيمُ
the Most Merciful
